2. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service plan:

Starter Plan: One-time payment due upon service initiation
Growth Plan: Monthly subscription, billed in advance
Custom Plans: Payment terms as specified in individual agreements
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy

3. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering services as described in your selected plan. Implementation timelines vary based on complexity and will be communicated during onboarding. We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your business needs
Grant necessary access to systems and tools for implementation
Participate in training sessions and provide feedback
Maintain security of your accounts and credentials
Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Custom AI solutions developed specifically for you remain your property. Pre-built solutions, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the property of Fayeno. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our proprietary solutions without written permission.

6. Data and Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

Fayeno's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those explicitly stated.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice:

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days notice
One-time service agreements are non-refundable after work begins
We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming.
